Francesco Antonio "Frank" Marino (born November 20, 1954) is an Italian Canadian guitarist, leader of Canadian hard rock band Mahogany Rush. Often compared to Jimi Hendrix, he is acknowledged as one of the best and most underrated guitarists of the 1970s.

IT'S OVER NOW is a song about leaving the past behind and starting over. It contains melodies similar to blues, but it is not. Its foundation is the march and Latin American waltz, but with strong rock and American blues lines.
The intro is a fragment of the sacred music work Popule Meus by the Venezuelan composer José Ángel Lamas from 1800, which opens the song as the beginning of a sad story.more
